Do you take my insurance?

We accept all insurance plans, except those that require you to see a specific dentist (these are rare).  However, we are preferred provider’s for very few plans.  Dental benefit plans and companies change often so it is best to call or email with any questions specific to your dental benefits.

Will you accept dental x-rays from my previous dentist?

Yes! Preferably via email, wendy@donnerdental.com.

What are your fees for a typical dental procedure like a filling or a crown?

We never perform a procedure without giving you an accurate fee estimate. But since fees are often dictated by your insurance coverage and vary greatly depending on the size, location, and choice of material, we estimate the cost after a personal visit and an exam – and not over the phone. As such, it is always best to come into the office for a consultation first so we can provide you with an accurate quote for any dental treatment.

Do you see children?

Yes! We see children of all ages and you may even see one of Dr. Fligor’s 3 kids running around while you are at the office. Most children do fine at our office. However, occasionally a child may need to be seen by a pediatric dentist and we can make arrangements for you if that need arises.

I am in pain. What should I do?

Call the office. If it is during our normal business hours we will make every attempt to see you immediately. After hours, an emergency contact number will be left on the voicemail that will allow you to get in touch with Dr. Fligor or another dentist. Please note, prescriptions will not be given out if you are not a previous patient of record.
